Neji - ATLA

This was suggested by my friend  a couple of months ago: Neji dressed up as Katara, from Avatar: The Last Airbender, in her fire nation clothes.

With a lame, ugly background which I rushed, kind of... but I felt like it needed one, so yeah... ._.

I didn't get all the details of the outfit right, because it has been a while since I last have seen ATLA, plus it was really, really hard to find a good reference. D:
